My moms roof was damaged by a storm and we needed to get it replaced before the Texas winter storms.With the damage to many houses in our area, finding a suitable roofing company was overwhelming, but this company by far exceeded all expectations and we both would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roofing repair.The previous company that "fixed" our roof spurned us pretty bad (and even worse than we initially thought after Luis and his Team discovered more of their mess) so we were very skeptical at first and asked A LOT of questions.Luis never once made my mom feel like she was annoying. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and actually took the time to help educate us about roofs, too, which is not something that we've had someone do or take the time to do.There was a lot of back and forth (because of us and our 5 million questions, not because of Luis) before we decided to go with Central Roofing.After signing the papers, our roof was fixed and looking amazing within TWO work days and that's only because of the extensive damage they found during the work.They found some pretty awful workmanship from the previous roofers and fixed that up for us, and easily spent over an hour cleaning up! Luis walked around the house several times picking up nails which was awesome because the cleaning aspect never feels like a priority but it was for Central Roofing.And he took before, during, and after pictures which was really cool to see.We could go on and on about the service and quality work we received, but that's definitely what stood out the most!Thanks again Luis and Team!
